The dosing conveyor is used for dosing bulk material.

It consists of a hopper hopper, an axisless spiral conveyor and a vault breaker. The conveyor and the breaker each have a separate drive.

The device can be designed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres (ATEX). The specific design of the conveyor can be modified according to customer requirements.

The color design can be changed according to customer requirements.

Conveyor made from

SPIRAL:

  • Type RL - steel (according to EN - S235, S355)
  • Type RLN - stainless steel (according to ASTM - AISI 304, AISI 310, AISI 316)
  • Type RLP - composite (plastic + steel)

CONDUIT:

  • steel (according to EN - S235, S355)
  • stainless steel (according to ASTM - AISI 304, AISI 316, AISI 321)

The diameter of the conveyor piping depends on the type of material, for almost any type it is possible to choose from several variants. The maximum length of the conveyor is essentially unlimited.
